We offer worldwide express and standard tracked delivery options. Shipping costs are determined by zone, with a full breakdown found in the tables below.
The following shipping guidelines apply to all orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please be aware delivery times act as a guide and on occasion may take slightly longer.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete your order.

Current estimated transit times for standard delivery are 3-5 working days for domestic and between 5-15 working days for international. Please be aware these delivery times act as a guide and on occasion may take slightly longer.

On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from VIEVE along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide, but are currently unable to ship to the following destinations due to their cross-border policy requirements: Spain, Mexico, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Malaysia, Indonesia, Argentina, Algeria, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay, Vietnam.

There are no import charges if orders are placed within the UK, however for international orders, depending on your location, you may be subject to custom charges or they will be absorbed within your order total via our localised shopping experience, which will be made clear at checkout.

At VIEVE we want all of our orders to reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, whether it be lost, damaged or incorrect please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.
