As long as you’ve created an account on vievebeauty.com using your name and email address, you automatically become a member and start earning points. If you previously had an account with VIEVE, you will automatically be enrolled to VIEVE Society.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, following us on social and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, refer to the WAYS TO EARN POINTS section on our VIEVE Society page. VIEVE Society Points will not be awarded for the purchase of VIEVE gift cards.

Each product has a set number of points that will be earned when purchased, which is communicated on the product pages.

There are two ways to redeem your points.
You can redeem for money off your order at checkout by choosing the number of points you would like to redeem (yes, you don't need to use them all at once!) and apply.
You can also redeem points in the VIEVE Vault for limited-time exclusives and savings. Once you have at least one item in your basket, you can press REDEEM on a product and it will apply to your basket automatically.

The VIEVE Vault is reserved exclusively for VIEVE Society members only – where points become your key to unlock exclusive, money-can’t-buy products and beauty steals on iconic products.

Prior to redeeming, you must add at least one item, not from the VIEVE Vault, to your basket. Once you have at least one item in your basket, you can press REDEEM on a product in the VIEVE Vault and it will apply to your basket automatically if you have a sufficient point balance. Once you place the order, the point value of the product will be deducted from your point balance.

If you were to redeem your point balance for money off your order, 100 points = £1 off. For example, if you had 500 points and chose to redeem them all on an order, you would save £5. There has been no change to the worth of points since VIEVE VIP.

Your point balance can be viewed on the VIEVE Society page when you log in. It will also be visible on a desktop device near on the top right-hand side of any page.

Points Balance: Redeem these points for exclusive products in the VIEVE Vault or save on your next purchase.
Lifetime Points: This total reflects all the points you've earned since joining. While they can't be used in the VIEVE Vault or at checkout just yet, stay tuned for exciting updates!

Your point balance has automatically rolled over from VIEVE VIP, however the same rule applies where points expire in 12 months if no purchase is made. Therefore, if it has been a while since you last shopped, it might be time to treat yourself!

There is no limit on the total amount of points you can earn, however, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month and must be a verified purchase via vievebeauty.com only.

These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending
These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled
These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Please note, points from leaving a review will take 14 working days to be added to your account, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month. Points from referring a friend will be added to your account 14 days after the referred friend has completed a purchase.

Yes, once you have added products to your basket you can choose the number of points to redeem. You can use the + and - tools or type the point value directly into the box. By default, the checkout will suggest applying your full point balance.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at support@vieve.co.uk and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Loyalty points will expire after 12 months, if no purchase is made within that 12 month period. If a purchase is made, all points renew for a further 12 month from the date of that purchase.
